This vintage pattern from the 1950's features a striking bodice yoke with external dart detail.  The skirt has a pleated inset that will pop if you use a vertically striped fabric.  Slim fitting dress has 3" ease at the bust, 1/2" of ease at the waist and 3 1/2" ease at the hip.  Skirt has pleated inset with decorative buttons.  Kick pleat at center back, short sleeves and side zipper.  Difficulty lever is medium

But then again, PB could stand for pleats and buttons - which are the central design details of this vintage skirt. J - stands for the “joy”of sewing it yourself - of course! Center front panel cut on straight of grain joins to bias cut side front panels. Pleat and button details at waist edge. Center back zipper. Faced waist edge. Optional side seam pockets.
